Exterior / Heavy / Large Shipment - ETD 1/10 - ETA 15/12

I've been getting quite a bit of inquiry relating to oversized items in the last 2 weeks and that has reminded me that we have another container shipment planned from Japan and the USA around the 1/10, arriving around 15/12 - just in time for Christmas, in which we bring over overzsized items (and normal sized items for those that want exceptionally cheap shipping).

This is arriving slap bang in the middle of race season so it's a good chance to get your upgrades sorted and trialed this year rather than waiting till next years season to begin.

Oversized and heavy items are very cheap to ship on the ocean with our scheduled containers, we don't charge commercially priced LCL rates, you only pay per weight, and items like Brake Rotors, engine heads, stroker kits, hoods, body kits and so on therefore become cheaper to purchase. Simply, the lower the shipped price, the lower the fees, GST, Customs - everything comes down in price!

So, here's a list of things you need to ask us about prices for so we can get your order on the next shipment! Laybuy is perfectly fine as well, as is Yahoo Second hand items =] If there is a brand or option not listed just ask! It saddens us when we hear that you had recently purchased an item that we do much cheaper!

Hey C - what Recaros? SR Series? Also, other brands do rails to suit Recaro seats so if you let me know the seat name I can quote options there too!

Mac he has an NA engine so pretty much all turbo Strut Braces would be out for him. Think the main ones he'd be looking at for front would be carbing and I think Cusco do a front strut brace for an NA? Rears aren't an issue between NA and Turbo.
Also if I was looking at diff's I'd go straight to the TRD if not one of the factory Toyota Torsens.

Back on topic, what is the major price difference between the cost of shipping a bonnet or intercooler via snail mail as opposed to air freight?

Cheers

Hey Peter - thanks for that, I had figured with an Open LSD stock that it was a 2JZGE, but went with it anyway.

There's a small difference Peter. EMS for an intercooler kit is up around $350, SAL $300, container is $80 odd / intercooler, $140 bonnet. Bonnets can't go on normal services so you pay LCL ($450 + Fees) for a hood, or oversized air ($1300 odd / bonnet)

And GST is lower also because you pay GST on shipping, so the cheaper the shipping, the cheaper the GST, the cheaper overall it becomes.

TRD LSD's from $2100 (may well be cheaper with TRD NZ)

Carbing Front 2JZGE $299 (air, no cheaper with containers) Type I
Carbing Front 2JZGE $560, Type MCS (with master cylinder stopped), Aluminum
