3.9-4 in the 1/8th equates to around 6.3-6.45 area on the 1/4 so still close

1/8th mile is'nt that some thing like 880ft I'm pretty sure I've seen on the Supraforums the Titan guys mentioning there 3.9 1000 ft equates to something aloing the lines of a low 6 but I'm not 100% on that though.

Nah Titan are running those time's to the 1/8th. Rayglass did 4.2 to the 1/8th for that run though... puts things into perspective.

Some detail on the run here: http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?p=43359765#post43359765

Yep your right the video I have seen has the Titan Scion TC doing 4 back to back 3.9 passes at anywhere between 185-187 MPH so I'm thinking if they set there car up they could quite possibly get that record back as there short track time is quite a bit quicker than Rayglass team and I'm thinking with the HP Titan is making they should'nt lose anything at the top end of the track. But its here nor there until they do it.

Great stuff by the Rayglass team though. That guy Terry Bowden must be quite good with the suspension and clutch set-up as they really are maximising the potiential of that car.

Was talking to someone earlier who has run 7.2 off a 4.5s 1/8th mile in his rail which makes it seem like Rayglass are making a good part of the time up in the "top end" part of the run.

Yea you cant take anything away from the rayglass guys. But if the titan cars still had a class and kept developing their cars things would be interesting, they threw lots of $$ at the cars when things were booming. The FZ package they were developing would've been interesting to see in a car

They are developing them, and using them for 1/8th mile :( Hence the fact me and 2jayzgte referring to the 3.xxs Titan times.
