Replacing ae92 heater core SORTED

So i have all the dash and everything out the i have the heater part (white) loose but it joins to the ac unit which joins to the fan(black) both of these units i can get to budge. I have undone all the bolts i can find under the carpet etc.

What parts am i missing? will it be stuck on the firewall by the Aircon piping? do i have to remove these and therefore have the aircon regased or whats the deal?

So the black parts(AC and Fan) join to the part i want to remove






As you can see ive got the drivers side free but the passenger side i cant free.

I have undone all the bolts to the black parts (i can find)but they wont budge, i assume this is because of the Aircon lines running to the Aircon. unit. Is it possible to pull the white unit out without fully removing the black or any other ideas what the black units are getting stuck on?
