Other option which I don't think has been mentioned is using a leak down test, it's obviously got some gas in those bubbles, it'll set off a teekay test straight away if that's combustion gasses creating the bubbles. For some reason I found that using Redline water wetter at an overly concentrated mix would foam up really easily.
