why the sale on the chase for more power?

I am building a new engine at the moment nothing wrong with the old one was putting down 130kw at the wheels.
I will have all new internals in my new engine :)

I have rebuilt 1zz's, and I like them, they are a very simple engine and easy to work on- very straight foward, they do not have alloy bores so can be honed with no problems, I cant remember if 2zz's have alloy bores or not.

rings, bearings, chain, tensioner, headset came to just over $500 from memory

I say go with the technology

i assume the 1zz-fe and 2zz-ge share no similarity?

e.g different bore, crank, conrods etc

I assume the 2zz-ge does not use a C series gearbox?

2ZZGE uses C series gearbox (although different bell housing to A series engine)
