Prob with pk1865 fanbelt not fitting aircon delete 1jzgte

I cant for the life of me get this belt to fit, does the tentioner move to allow to chuck it on? cause i was trying to whench it but it wouldnt move at all? its non hydro waterpamp dont know if the pullys are different size or something? any sugestions?

Tensioner should be adjustable. (is on the 1g)

14mm ring spanner on the bolt that holds the plastic pulley, turn it clockwise and the tensioner will move downwards. Might just be sticky

i thought it was a 1900 that was needed. i am sure my stock one was 1940

6PK1865 is what I've used on the 1JZ-GTE with no air con.

Just make sure you're routing it correctly. Off the top of my head it gets routed in a backwards C-pattern starting from the crank pulley with lower going up to PS pulley and across to water pump pulley, upper going around tensioner and down to alternator pulley. If that all makes sense.

As Jebus said, 14mm ring spanner (longer the better) on the tensioner pulley bolt and push it down to compress the tensioner, slip the belt over the pulley and release the tension.
