Glue or bonding agent to withstand boost

Postby gleem » Sat Sep 25, 2010 6:42 pm

Changed the plenum on my rb2det. I had to drill out a few holes for bolts on the standard runners to slide bolts into to attach the manifold top half. any way its all back together and on the last hole the drill bit snapped off and now its just in there. 5 or 6 mil bolt. its a mission to take it all apart and i cant really get a welder in there.

Im running 14psi.

Seen at super cheap auto etc that liquid steel stuff that ive used on other jobs and have worked well. drill bit is 6-7 mil up the hole.

Any idea's?
