4agze SC12 vacuum plumbing

Postby ePONYmous » Tue Sep 28, 2010 10:31 pm

Hey, just fired up an old AW11 ZE project and a bit out of sorts with some of the plumbing on the SC12

Pic 1
1. Is this correct?
2. What are these for? If I block them the idle kinda drops a bit (almost stalls?).

Pic 2
It seems to have this massive negative vacuum thing when it's at idle (see the almost collapsed hose to the FMIC). It's as if the SC bypass isn't quite working. When it's idling the SC clutch is engaged so the SC isn't really working but since it's seems to be pulling air via the SC regardless it near caves IC hoses in. Is that a big bypass valve thing in the bottom left of pic 1? Could it have seized?

Any ideas?
