Nah i don't think there is anything like a tint that is colorless yet offers all the benefits of tint.

Actually there is such film that is colourless and yet offers all the benefits.
Our Folie Ceramic is an example, we have 70% VLT ceramic films that is nearly colourless, and yet it offers 99% UV and 60+% heat (IR) rejecton.
Sounds too good to be true, but this sort of film is becoming more and more popular
