I don't get why everyone doesn't straight line the kink on the front straight it'll save you .5 second a lap I reckon.I notice at all track-days people always drive around the outside of it instead of straight lining it...Its a bit puzzling really.

Does seem odd that people continually take that line.. Even when there is no-one else around them

They're pretty much identical to Markku's, perhaps a slightly slower shutter.

There are pics of Hondas, Mitsis and another Nissan on here - and I did go to good effort to keep it out of the way of the Toyota festivities for that very reason :)

LOL. And the 1st two cars scrutineered.. Nissan and Honda :)

That pic of the R33 and Emma is lol. Just a shame they didnt post the next pics where i undertook under brakes :P

And the reason for the spin as mentioned in the last topic was Em trying to brake at my points carrying an extra 40 odd km/h

But whatever, its a Toyota meet i can appreciate the glory.

Straighten the first kink on the front straight?

Yes - quicker

But - I had fun in the Corolla buzzing the pit wall (trying to maximise the sensation of speed!)

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

Does that JZX90 belong to Wade from New Plymouth?

Also... super curious about a 1996 car that was imported in 2007... loophole or some JZX90 chassis comply?

Need more pics of it too... almost though everybody forgot a JZX90 was a Toyota until the last set of pics... it was lurking in the back of a few but nobody had photographed it... made me sad...

But the JZA80's made up for it ;)
