Southwards Car Museum Trip - Sunday December 5th

Postby NILPSI » Wed Nov 17, 2010 10:44 pm

Hey all,

This has been discussed previously so thought it was about time we got on and did it. I have spoken to the people at the museum and the entry fee is $12 for an adult, but if we can get more than 10 people and pay in a group it is $10 per person (im glad to collect money and pay for everybody on the day)

Planning to leave palmy around 12 - 12.30pm its roughly an hour drive to get there, if any wellington locals want to head up you can work out a time to leave your end. We can then spend the afternoon looking around before heading back to Waikanae for fish and chips for dinner at the beach.

Reply if your keen and we can go from there

Cheers,
Sam

Ok, so I went for a drive to the in-laws today, left palmy at about 12.15, stopped in Levin for about 5 - 10 mins and drove past southwards gate at roughly 1.45 (traffic was crap!)

That should give anybody from wellington heading up a rough time to arrive :D
