Unless you want to put the cat back in at a later date, dont bother. Just get a pipe welded in its place instead.

Kinda wish i never had the cat cut out of my exhaust. It sounded way better when it was just a 2.5" cat back which had a single reso and a box muffler of some sort.

Cheers guys. Reason for wanting the bolt on cat replacement is car has TRD cat back exhaust and might want to keep it when selling the car

Any one got one lying around or know where to get one? ta

Any exhaust shop can make you one, afterall it's only a short piece of pipe and two flanges.
I had one made for my JZA70 for less than $100

I have one but not 100% sure its the length of the cat or not. Can measure though, but the one I have looks like someone welded the flange on while drunk, so she ain't pretty. Just came on a parts car with a couple reso's etc

the pitshop in Lower Hutt closed down recently, looks like might have to look for other exhaust shop

Nope, they moved down the road to a bigger workshop. Seriously like less than 200m down the road, hard to miss.

if u meant pitstop instead of pitshop dont go there, you'll end up with smaller diameter pipes being shoved in and covered up with pidgeonpoop welds.
