GTZ levin brakes on a GT Apex levin..is it a big job?

Is it a big job to swap a gt apex brake to a gtz brake. How can i do it? What tools would i need? :D

Might want to be a bit more specific.

All the gtz and gt apex brakes are basically the same in size.

if the gtz or gt apex had superstrut they are the bigger twin piston ones. If you want to swap to the twin piston there is heaps of info if you just google it.

Easier options is to probably slam some good pads in your current setup. I only have single pot brakes, and that's what i'd do just because its easy and will improve braking. That and good fluid. New rotors too if they are worn down.

That said if you're asking what tools you'll need i'd be finding someone that knows what to do to give you a have as i'm guessing you haven't done any homework :wink:

My gt apex has super strut suspension so does it have the same brakes as gtz super strut suspension.
