ae111 ignition problem

my flatmate is having troubles with her blacktop 20v levin

will not start, motor turns over and over and over and nothing

Sparkplugs are not getting any spark

all fuses are in good order

the ignitor is getting power - tested with voltmeter

as is the wire from ignitor to dizzy (not sure what this is called)

no power coming through from spark plug lead side of the dizzy

put ecu into diagnostic mode and coming up with code 12
"RPM SIGNAL-NO SIGNAL TO ECU FROM DISTRIBUTOR ("Ne" OR "G") AFTER ENGINE HAS BEEN CRANKED
--DISTRIBUTOR/CIRCUIT

--STARTERSIGNAL CIRCUIT

--IGNITER/IGNITER CIRCUIT

--ECU "

Ive reached about the end of my knowledge base and not sure where to look next or what to look for

any help very much appreciated

replace the distributor...
replace the ignitor.

thats where i would start.
