I am looking for some rubber caps like this:

I am wanting to block off some coolant lines which will no longer cary any coolant. Main reason is to stop the lines filling with crap. (approx 8mm OD)

Soooooo... where should i go for these?

Pickapart.

Some cars use them as standard. I've a funny feeling that one of the 3S-GTE models has one on the manifold (93-99 MR2T?).

From memory I have them blocking off the throttle body coolant lines.

Obviously you don't want to use dodgy rubber for coolant in case of failure.

super cheap and repco have them in the champion fastener racks.

If theyre a standard size try a refridge out fit, they might have some kicking around

These are for vaccum lines, the rubber is very thin

It wouldnt matter if the Repco ones are thin as all i need is something to blank pipes.

lemme guess, to plug the coolant pipes on the bottom of a throttle body?

If so, I've always just ripped the nipple out with vicegrips and got a mate to tig the hole shut - heaps tidier

Makes absolutely zero difference to plug them up or not, unless you're concerned about dirt getting in, if you're ever going to run coolant in it again.
