Now Im not going to name names right away but heres the story
I ordered a set of gaskets for my engine, The seller was "100% sure" they would fit, I said i would buy them based on that fact, he knew what car it was engine etc etc.
anyway got sent the wrong gaskets, ok I sent them back and asked for the right ones.
got sent a set that looked right....nope didnt fit.
Sent them back just before christmas
ended up getting a set from toyota, cost me $10 extra and they were good meaty gaskets not cheap chinese rubbish.
So since Christmas and today Have been exchanging emails with him, I have asked for a refund and hes blaming the suppliers, they are blaming me for the goods getting damaged in the post. But I sent them back both times in the same packaging they came in, and even more. So in my eyes if the suppliers are happy sending packages with that protection then it should be fine for me....
long winded story over, What are my options im not sure where to go from here?
