im still keen to go to this - i think AWShev is too provided he can fix his ignition issues

AWShev has also given me a sicko idea - if the TT141 gets a warrant i could take that and its comedy suspension!

take the 1J supra with luxury's like a stereo and air-con and passing ability

or the 3T-EU Corona that makes bystanders piss themselves laughing as i hit the picks and the car bounces about like a lowrider

decisions decisions.....

for me i wouldnt be suprised if the corona was about on par with the supra at the moment for fuel consumption

i need to sort out a engine temp sensor for the EFI ECU - at the moment with no sensor plugged in at all its probably thinking "$&#$%! this thing is -10 degrees! and runs a bit rich all the time as it thinks its always running cold

that and no fuel gauge working kinda makes things a bit hairy lol

haha yeah - mine gets to dunedin and back to invercargill on a tank *just*

although thats the territory you buy into when you buy a 280HP 2.5L Turbocharged beast that just happens to weigh on the high side of 1600KG so it doesnt bother me - i just keep it for weekends :D

Likely won't be coming as my GTS failed its WoF on light fittings (daytime driving lights and spotlight things aren't meant to be hooked up to each other, according to new rules). So have to get all that sorted.

Does anyone here work at JayCar and can do me a deal on some daytime driving lights? ;) Or no where to get some nice long Audi R8 ish lights (just a long bar of LED's pretty much).

providing all goes well there might be 4 cars heading up to the meet from invercargill (LoudStealth, AWShev, Me and another friend)

things are a bit 50\50 for me - depends on how today and tomorrow go - if i get everything at work sorted and ready for monday by tomorrow 5PM then im in - if not i might be working in the weekend so that will kill it

will see what happens

edit:

also got a set of 18" wheels for the supra but they wont be ready for the weekend - need 2 new tires, a set of wheelnuts and a good clean :P
