Need a flat ASAP

my failed attempts at finding a replacement flat for the current one which is imploding have, well, failed. im looking for a flat with fellow like minded car geeks anywhere from milford to mt wellington. need a garage i can work in, dont need garage parking, but a place to park SOMEWHERE would be nice

please let me know if you have anything, time is running short..
