inline oil temp sensor fitting

Anyone know where in NZ I can get an inline oil temp sensor fitting? Something like this one:

I can't fit one of the normal sandwage adaptors where the oil filter normally goes, as my oil system is already quite modified.

to get a proper oil temp drill the oil pan and put a oil temp sensor in .that pic will give you the wrong info as in oil temps
