yeah i have no secondary catch. its all certified though.

but surely if you have bonnet pins it cause you dont have a latch, why else would you have them

You wouldn't want bonnet pins with no catch on the street anyway, don't want some dickehad coming and opening your bonnet while you're away...

Lol, obviously when the car was used at events (never by me :cry: ) You wouldn't use the padlock.
No idea why you would want bonnet pins on a road car.

bonnet used to never pop up on the FD until I removed the bonnet for a engine swap and re-installed it and has been working fine since then.

SO I guess the answer to your problem is rotary swap??

yup padlocked bonnet when car is left outside, rarely happens though
