3S-GTE coil

Does anybody know the voltage output on the HT lead from the coil to the distributor cap?

Thanks

no wonder why it felt so good when it jolted me today, and no wonder why it still works on and off even the nipple inside broke into 2

Thanks.

Hows that disco potato goin? mines sweeeet

the trick to fixing the overboost is to not only bore out the wastegate hole, but if you look down the inlet flange youll see the wall tapper in leaving the wastegate in a recess, i had a little path ported out direct to the wastegate.

now i got it locked in at 1.00bar instead of straight up to 1.4bar on the tip of the pedal lol, the stock ecu seems to handle it ok, so long as it doesnt wander off towards 1.2 its great, according to the ecu its just a factory turbo except it spools up faster and it must just have a tad bit more flow than the ct20b because its a bit closer to stoich, has to run 98 all the time, its hessitant to make much power on 95

the accelerator pedal now just feels like tapping into a well of endless acceleration from just above 2200 any gear, and it doesn't die off either

sometimes depending on the weather i do get fuel cut in 3rd gear, i may put a 2.5" restrictor in my exhaust

herrm, my situations have changed dramatically for the last month, car's no longer sitting in a garage, rained out and it stalled on me while in town. I think it's the HT lead to distributor cap wire, I think I can confirm it when I got a shock while I had the car running but kinda rough and touching the lead.

I don't know why you have trouble on your disco potato, maybe the downpipe is built wrong?
