just filled the car up now, they are on the third tank of the stuff but because they wont allow it to be 'certified' as 98 yet, its being sold @ the 95 price :D. Its definately not old 95 crap though, i've just gone for a 30km hammering around the backroads and not once did i get the knock light showing :D

Finally I can run the car on the good shit :D

At BP Powderham? Who said they've got 98 there, I couldn't see anything? But if they do, then it's about f*&king time.

Yup, BP Powderham. They were on their third tank today, so the mix is almost at its best, but still selling at the 95 price until next week or so. :)

Till about wednesday. Then they will change it to 98.
The owner rang me today, as I was trying to get hold of him to see if it was going to be up to spec for next weekends tarmac rally.

He said that on last friday, they had ~2000ltr of 95 left in the tank, and fulled it up with 15000ltr of 98, so that would make it about 97.6

He recons they will have another truck load early this week, and another later in the week. This will be enough to satisfy the rally boys 8)
