wtf kind of superlows did you buy? pretty much all cars with king 'superlow' springs that i've seen still have nosebleed-inducing wheelgap.

They came with the car. It was thashz's originally.

all im saying is that when someone describes sump-murdering, guard tearing, performance-impeding and speedbump-beaching slam, this isn't the first thing that comes to mind

Random pics from google mean $&#$%, I told him what was in my car when I got it - superlows, and I had to drive onto blocks of wood to get the jack under the crossmember liftpoint. I'm not proclaiming them to be gods gift - in fact I think they are shit, probably were generic springs that they asign to various brands of cars and not specifically designed.

Well after all of this, I've decided to get coilovers from Bazda. He recommends them, and I'm ok with that

Plus it kills two birds with one stone, mean shocks and springs in one, plus I get to change my ride height whenever I like!

Thanks for all of your help, especially XS 8)

I really hope you know more about coilovers and their use than your posts are displaying.....

Add a cert to the cost of owning coilovers $$$
Add to that the fact you can't adjust them from the certed height, not unless you want to pay more $$$ for another cert.

This does of course assume you plan to drive the car on the road.

My 'corba' springs are perfectly fine :P Will be getting another custom made set for my project too.

That and the fact that JIC, Tein etc make more than one model of coilover... :)

God, I've had Cobra springs in I think 3 cars now? They've always been fine. Cheap coilovers are always going to be average, and most brands are sprung for race use or Japanese roads. IMO, coilovers are a waste of time for a road car.

I loved my set of JIC coilovers. And i think Tein Super Streets might be for on the road

But id agree that Tein do make one of the best lowering springs.
