5efhe plugs

Finding lots of info for 5EFEs, not so much for the 5EFHEs.. just wanting to know which spark plug to buy and what gap, Cheers!
Daily driver: Toyota RunX/Toyota Caldina
Ex: 2x AE101, 5x KP60, KP61, EP71, 3x KE70, KE72, AE70, AE82, 2x TE71, AE90, AE92, ST170, plus 11 Hondas, 12 Nissans, 6 Fords, 4 Mazdas, 3 Mitsis, an Isuzu and a Lada!

Same as 5efe i would have thought. Im going to be using NGK BKR5EYA-11 when i do my swap

edit NGK's website recommends BKR6EYA-11

Awesome, cheers for that. They recommend a .044 gap for the 5EFE so I might just run with that.
