Lol, guess I called it wrong. But usually when people come on asking which engine to put in, be it which 4age, 2zz, 3s, then usually they haven't done enough footwork themselves.

When I say search, I mean search the forum, as every model of 4age has been talked about many many times. It's amazing what you will find if you put in the time..

FAQ section even has a thread dedicated to 4age.

So have you searched? or was the first thing you did ask the same question asked many times before? I'm not against people asking for advice, but my comments were based on seeing the same questions again and again. And IMO the best research you can do is not by asking the question again, but by reading what was said the previous 10 times  Each to their own though.

Best of luck with whichever method you use to get your information though :)

Great link, cheers.

Maybe building a Formula Atlantic engine would be the answer...

Would need to track down the new owner for the pictures.

When he brought it off me, it looked SO stock that when the AA did their pre-sale check the only comment was about the odd angle of part of the intercooler piping.
Never even noticed that it was an NZ new car with a S/C GE in where the FE was originally... Also missed the brakes, the twin exhaust, the 15" wheels all from the GTZ.

You know the sort of things you do, with researching it before getting too deep into the project.
