hi does any1 know what i should set my aftermarket f.p.r to on my 1uzfe? im thinking about 40 psi?

Whatever the injectors were designed to operate at. You have changed the injectors right?

About 32 from memory, if it's too high it will run rough and bog on acceleration

Normal pressure would probably be 3 bar or 45 psi with no vacuum on the regulator, so will be less at idle.
