Lots of small trips or no driving for a while will result in that

its just condensation in the engine and a bit of oil\oil vapour

the oil filler cap is usually the highest point on the engine so it all collects there when the engine gets hot

it can be a sign of a Blown Headgasket if you get it all the time and in large amounts (but by then id say youd see the oil on the dipstick getting contaminated too?) but it could also be a blocked PCV hose or valve - my celica has it build up a bit from time to time - i just clean it out and it doesnt have a Blown headgasket (as far as i know\hope hah!)

Id def do a leak down test to be sure before taking it to speedtech.
And a compression test.

You dont wana pay all that money for the dyno hire and find out somethings wrong.

Magnetic sump plug = fail. there's nothing magnetic that will ever end up in there unless it's so bad it's already toast.
That's why they're not factory fitted and yet magnetic gearbox plugs ARE factory fitted to some.
Motor oil contains detergent so that condensation (water from combustion of fuel) mixes with the oil, When it gets so bad that you've got what you've got, it's either due to a faulty headgasket or you've done another fail and fitted a catch can wrongly disabling the PCV system.

Only going to speedtech for a race check tune ...only $150. Will do a compression test in the weekend though

No, it is not harmless.
It needs a real drive, or leave it alone!
Charging the battery is not worth the cost of cold startups, running on the choke/cold start thingy, and condensation in the oil.

I will do furthur investigating over the weekend. Im failry certain the head gasket it fine. No leaks, no overheating and it doesnt chew through oil or water.

Oil catch can is fitten correctly also
