I can see straight away that the bracket is lower than pickup.
can you modify fitment so the sock is lowest part of the pump?

I hvae removed that rubber stop bit, and have got a longer bit of hose, bent the braket a little and it now sits about 20mm lower!

hmm did some more playing at the weekend...

I have a tank here that we filled up with water.. the capacity is close to 60l

We are figuing that the pickup is in the wrong place from factory??

It's not a non-efi tank without the inbuilt surge pot is it?

Take a picture of in the hole with the pump out and post it up.
