That should sell quite easily, most are more expensive with over 200 clicks. I would definately look at it if i was in the market.

That is a fair price, if anything its a bit on the low side if it has only minor cosmetic problems. If i hadn't driven a couple of MR2 turbos recently I'd probably have bought it already.

At a guess, looks right. There are AE101s on there for 2K plus and they just sit there usually for AGES. I've had one on my watchlist (research on pricing for a mate) and it has been there for at least a month @ 2.2k.

Should sell.

Though, screaming as is where is loudly will mean people will assume it's f**ked. Yes, I know, it's the legally correct way to sell ... I'm just saying that's what the perception might be.

My thoughts too,

and anything bought through an auction is "as is where is" anyway.

i sold my old one for $1200 to a mate. approx 12 months ago.
No wof/reg, 290000kms, body was not roughed up but had shit paint and the passengers door had rust bubbling under the mirror. the drivers door was more faded than the rest of the car as it had been replaced. It had 6x9s and a POS panasonic head unit with it. Engine mounts were all broken but 1 and would idle a bit rough when warm. no thermostat, 3rd was crunchy, leaking power steering, no coolant, clutch was on it's way out OR had a leaky rear main, no a/c etc etc

He ended up spending $800 on it and got it wofd/regd, replaced an injector, leads etc. Didn't do mounts or any of the other issues (there were planty of other things) and sold it on for $2200 about 6 months later.

I think you're being too cheap.

i'd be tempted to take the buy now out and let people bid

but if you want to sell it i think its a good starting price. its one thing to advertise shit boxes for moonbeams, another thing to actually sell them

Well if someone wants to place the first bid. :)

Got a couple of people coming to see it tomorrow, so be a bit rude to remove buy now.

Yeah it is cheap I would expect you to get 2200 for it.

I probably wouldnt start the auction with body work a bit rough. I would put that at the end.

Sell all the good parts first and say price reflects the bodywork or something like that

I think your price is fair, but... going on trademe as of late... it will sit up for ages for a resonable price, but r-tards think they can text you and email you with bullshit trades/lowballs.

Sold it to the first person that came and looked at it.

Sad to see it go after 9 years of owning, especially how well it spruced up after a steam clean, and groom.

Workmate bought hers (identical) for $1800, similar condition. Average k's for age. Seems to be the standard for pricing here too.
