because as long as the brakes can stop the car from 100kph in less than 30m 3 times in a row without fade they are fine. the engine has nothing at all to do with it. even when standard the car can still do 150kph +

Brakes are plenty for a daily. They could be better but you can't ask much from 25yr old components. It's no racecar so doesn't see big stomps on the brake pedal from high speeds - actually given that it's on 13's it would just lock up if you were that eager :lol:

There was an old corona? wagon in Nelson a few years ago with a rb25det jammed in under the bonnet, was rough as $&#$% and not legal, but shit was it a loose unit :lol:
