No worries. Oh yeah, and in case you happen to cut yourself, rip off a piece of sound deadening from the boot or under the interior carpet as it makes a bloody good (no pun intended) sponge to soak up the blood

Nah, left that there for somebody else. Blew the budget buying the phone today, lol.

Yeah no worries man. Next time I'm there I'll take a look 8)

magweal wrote:Or at least the ecu and loom :D

Someone has snatched up the ECU already, but the loom was still there. For anyone wondering, the front guards and front calipers are sitting in the boot and the front bumper is sitting inside the car (fitted with a front lip, although the lip is slightly damaged from the impact).

Thanx, been looking for a hatch and front fender for a while.
Your effort & pics are much appreciated

No worries. Glad the info and pics are coming in useful. Thanks for the info on the year of the Celica. There was no registration slip in the windscreen so I wrote 198* on my phone, but when I got home and checked the Pick-A-Part website it said 1991, so I put that in my post. Seemed strange since I thought Toyota stopped making that model in late 89', but didn't have the rego number to CarJam it, so took their word for it. If anyone sees any errors like that in future please let me know and I'll correct it :)

+1

I took the front left fender this morning sorry. The right one is there but has a very small dent. I also grabbed the FL indicator/park light lense, but I don't think I'll need it.

Cheers man. I got sick of going there and finding that it's been listed as the wrong model on the website or that the parts that I wanted were missing, so I figured there'd be others out there who could do with a heads up to save themselves from taking a chance and paying the $2 entry fee. Just a shame that I don't get paid for it
