2lt delayed throttle response

Postby LEAKER » Fri Jan 13, 2012 9:41 pm

ok so my trucks been running mint for a few days after i replaced the high pressure vsv however this afternoon when changing up through the gears it has delayed throttle response. Change, acelerate - nothing, keep accelerating and about 1 - 2 seconds later it takes off as normal.

any thoughts? i'm thinking possibly throttle position sensor. My boost sensor doesn't work either but it also hasn't been giving me a problem untill today.

Fixed. Old hard vacuum hose to the rear of the low pressure vsv had come off. New vacuuum hoses all through and it's all good.
