Depends where you are I guess. Out west, wouldnt know there been any damage at all. On my daily commute, the roads are as smooth as they have ever been (which being honest isn't saying much about NZ roads in general).

I try not to use the phone when I'm driving, it makes me drop my vodka glass.

yes chch roads do suck right now, we had this big series of natural events call earthquakes which did some serious damage to the roads and the earth supporting them
a couple of dips in the road might happen now and then

Anywhere out west they're not too bad but over here in the east, the worst hit area on all the occasions they're pretty bad. Most of the time your pretty ok travelling at the speed limit but there are times when you have to slow up, just depends on the street to how badly affected they are.

Depends on the vehicle you're in i guess. Some are totally @&^%$@ up in patches i.e. wainoni road and anzac drive. Obviously more are worse but i wouldn't be a betting man Joe.

Depends on what side of town, when I'm going Rolleston to Riccarton it's business as usual but going Linwood to Riccarton isn't pleasant. That whole side of town has pretty much $&#$% roads, I think I drove over what would be considered a cliff on Edgeware Rd the other day… Pretty sure the suspension in my car will be totally $&#$% before long, I was planning in investing in a nice upgrade but what's the point when it'll just be wrecked in 6 minutes?

Im sitting somewhere around 60-70mm clearance and with a bit of dodging around its not too bad. I dont spend too much time on the east side mind you
The torque band is wide and the road is narrow

unless your a complete $&#$% theer should be no problem..... as said previously obviously the roads are going to be knackered, dont drive like a typical cockbag boy racer and you should be fine.....not that hard..............

I leave the Tezza home and take the Bighorn if I have to go over the east side.
