Cheers guys.

Put my car in the 4 & Rotary show n shine yesterday with some of my mates cars.
We actually took out 6 awards across the 3 of us! pretty stoked about that. Didn't think the Levin would win anything but it got Best Toyota over all.

Laser TX3 took out - Best Ford & Best Undertray
Specs: BPT 1.8L Running Miata 2005 Head with VVT est 330kw atw once tuned, Runs a Toyota E52 gearbox conversion.

Mazda GTAE took out - Best Engine Bay, Best Extreme Paint, Best Mazda - Piston
Specs: BPT 1.8L Running full Mitsi Evo 5 gear box & drive train.

The paint on the GTAE was spotless. No swirl marks, no polishing marks nothing. Because its only a few months old.

Was a beautiful car with awesome paint, however once again with 4nRotor judging it's a hell of a stretch to call a single colour paint job "extreme".

I can understand if they are sponsers but why swamp it with stickers??. lol then again I remember this guys old car that had intercooler piping out the bonnet, never undersood that either :?

That is a beautiful Laser! I miss my Ford Laser GTX. Was light, quick and drove very very well!
Never had a gearbox issue, but I never ran a stupidly hard clutch!
Well done Bazda, been admiring your car for a long time!

Anyone know anything about the orange Esky next to the Laserbeam? I know it hangs around the mount, but Im sure its my mates old race car from Taupo.

Think it was due to location of turbo and intake manifold, short cutting the pipes across the engine
