But really would you rather go to a tyre shop who likes you and your car or one who doesnt give a $&#$%?? assuming all the rest of the variables are met?

For a minute there I thought you were talking about beaurepaires on adelaide road wellington. Called to get a price, and reminded the minion I get 10% dicsount through work and he said no and hung up. So I went down there on my lunchbreak with a written copy of the discount details and their idiot manager refused to honour it.

Back at work, quick phone call to the head office, and the moron shows up at my desk 15 minutes later ranting and raving about how I made an official complaint and need to get over myself etc.

So I went to firestone down the road, got exactly what I wanted, far cheaper, and have been sending people down there instead. Given the nature of where I work, the firestone guys lvoe me now.
