Boot lock. No key.

Postby Al » Thu Mar 01, 2012 7:44 pm

With my new gen3 tail lights and centre panel I was given a s/h lock cylinder from a 94+ mr2.

Can I get a new key for it as it didn't come with one. There is a number on the side of the lock.

If not, you can get it rekeyed to suit your ignition key
1988 KE70 Wagon - Slowly rusting
1990 NA6 MX-5 - because reasons
2018 Ranger - Because workcar
1997 FD3S RX-7 Type R - all brap, all the time
OMG so shiny!

As above, any good locksmith can take the code of your ign. key and redo the barrel to suit. (free plug) Locksmith guy in tauranga has done this for me before
