1S-U Cambelt questions

So my 1S-U has snapped it cambelt (primarily due to seized tensioner bearing I think).

Does anyone know if this engine is an interference engine or not?

If not, then how does one go about getting the camshaft and crank back in sync?

As far as I am aware 1S is not ineterference, and getting "back in sync" is just turning the crank and cam shaft until it matches dots.
