very basic questions, just wanting to try find out in a hurry as ii want to get the engine in the car this weeked.

Do i need to run a spigot bearing here and does anyone know what size by any chance?



also does anyone know what size/thread plug i need for this hole on the engine block? it looks to be a very fine thread

rwd i take it? yeh you need a spigot bearing, standard sized toyota one should fix. ae86 or something. find the size and buy from bearing shop. will be 1/2 the price of toyota. if fwd you wont need one.

Nice clutch. Spigot is a 6202RS. Any bearing place will have hundreds

if you can't find any here my dad has them, can get my brother to bring one back if you want. might even have one sitting in my shed still, ill have a look.

he also has brass fittings to fit the oil pressure thread if you need them, but most oil pressure sensors should be in that thread anyway.
