I ran magnatec for ~8 years in mine, still going so can't be too bad. Don't any more due to cost savings / using same oil as our other car instead now. I don't recall seeing 15/40w Magnatec in 4L containers, only ever 10/40w. Never looked for it mind you.

I only ever run 98, no other choice IMO. 95/91 will detonate.

And magnatec in a 205L drum only comes in 10/30 not 10/40 too!
be careful where it comes from.

I run 95 in our blacktop for the 10 years we had it,
although we also ran with the timing at 8 deg not the factory 10
and never had an issue with the fuel or detonation.

Probably would have gone better on 98,
but it would be a 4 hour return trip to the nearest station with 98.

Same here - no issues with Magnatec. I also ran my BZ on 98 as it seemed to run best on that, while delivering a few more kays per tank over 95.
