AE111 3 door corolla hatch! WRC replica anyone?

Saw this in the Auckland Airport Domestic terminal carpark!

Must be an import as I think they were Europe only (wouldnt be surprised if they were sold in South Africa too)

Ken
I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

There was a ae10 with a front graft from these in Japan, had a 3sgte in it too. Would love to have either as a project car.

I think he left the "or something" bit.
these are very common now in Poland and Europe.

I saw either this one or its sister on the motorway this morning - it has black instead of body colour or grey inserts in the rear bumper/number plate area.

I though it looked odd but with potential - was too sleepy to notice it was 3 door - thats badass!

As far as I'm aware, there were also available in G6R trim, which meant that you got the 3 door with 4AFE, but with the 6 speed box in them.

You could even order the TTE bodykit to make them look like a proper WRC rep. There seem to be a few still punting around in the UK with the full kit. Now to find one and get it here :D
