which one is which?

I believed the one on the right is a VVT solenoid, but bought one and they looked a bit different :lol:

so im guessing I either got the wrong part, or what I thought was a VVT solenoid is something else

one on the left is the same as silvertop vvt i got here

left is silvertop vvt solenoid,
right is blacktop vvt solenoid.

i did measure them up and believe they will interchange,
but have not tried it.

cool. cheers ill give it a try, im sure there will be no catastrophic event of failure in trying, at worst just not having vvt working.

can someone identify these
