TRD/Tom's Part Reference Numbers

Postby Makaveli » Fri Jul 13, 2012 6:25 pm

Hi Team,

As I have bought various parts catalogs from TRD & Tom's. Some go back to 1989 (very rare) to about 2000. So If anyone needs part numbers etc. Just feel free to ask.

Also Have Hyper Rev Magazine for Aristo, MR2, Supra & Soarer.

Heaps of VIP Car & VIP Style Magazines too.

Thanks

There are 3 Supra Volumes. I got two of them..... They are not cheap though. I bought them from Japan. Would be too expensive for most of the NZ Market.

They are sort of a guide on modifying a car. They provide factory specs of the cars. Place to service your car. Maintenance guides. etc. The only problem its all in Japanese, so its mainly for pics etc.

If it exists, it can be bought. Everything has a price. I bought brand new HKS coilovers for my Aristo which have been discontinued. I have also managed to get a TRD Dash Cluster 320km/h which I believe is also new and has been discontinued. Now and then these parts come for sale.

There is a 3 volume set for sale in Japan for Toyota Supra. Asking price is $230. I don't think people in NZ can afford/crazy enough to spend that much on couple of magazines.

Prices I paid for my collection, I would never be able to recover in NZ.

Its a personal choice thing. For instance I would pay a over $100 for a set of the 11 Australian speed mags produced.

I would love to get my hands on those LSD units for GT4.
It probably be cheaper to buy an WRX STI instead that already comes with all the necessary gear :(.
