Try Affordable Tyres on Mowbray St, they always seem to import oddball sizes. They're showing quite a few 165/55/14s available 2nd hand on their website, cheaper than buying new if you're not exactly sure how the size will work.

Already tried them.
Although I got 4 almost new top of the range dunlops fitted and balanced for the Legacy for under $400!
