The funny part of this, is going to the insurance company to get a mirror on an AE101 fixed.

I wouldn't even bother $&#$% around with the claim/excess/whatever. Just find the bits on a wreck and fix it in a couple of hours or so.

For an especially hard to find, or expensive repair sure I guess it's worth the effort.

You could have fixed it in the time you've wasted whinging about it on Toyspeed :lol:

The insurance company is from the courier company. I would not bother claiming, but the courier company initiated this whole process.
