Idiot in a 1975 Mazda

Postby CelicaGT8 » Thu Aug 16, 2012 8:42 pm

Was almost home and i saw a 75 mazda rotary on the side of the road with smoke from under the bonnet, was going to see if he needed a hand but then he did a massive skid outside my drive. Followed him for a bit to get his rego etc,

Once i was at home i could hear him do skids up and down the road for another 30 mins.

Does anyone know this car, i would like to pay the owner a visit.

Call the Police.

Nothing else is going to achieve anything.

If you can get them to go pay a visit there is a good chance that he won't have a car for the next 28 days.

Let me guess, they always get the inocent people?

Ive seen them pull plenty of people up after having called *555 so I can vouch that they arent useless.

Yeah they seem quite onto the *555 thing. Was in a vehicle recently and the driver made a few quick lane changes (motorway was almost empty)

Not long after, woop woop we got pulled over. Who ever reported us said the car was driving erratically and sped off when they tried to tail us.

We were in a 2009 honda fit, automatic. Officer told us to drive sedately carefully and let us go.

But not before warning us that he could ticket us based on the *555 call.

Seconded, we recently *555'd a tool in an Audi who was swerving all over the road, clipping the median kerb.. cops kept us on the phone, caught us up after 5 mins and pulled him over. Plenty of cop cars turned up as well. Wasn't drunk, just a useless driver.. had a fight with his missus or something. lol.

Anyway, don't be afraid to *555, it definitely works.. they can ticket him off your statement or I believe you have the option to lay charges if you can be arsed turning up to court.

In my experience though, guys like that don't really care about getting more tickets or getting threatened, the only thing that stops them doing that shit is losing the car or jail time. So save someone else the hassle of putting up with him doing skids outside their place, report it to the cops so something can be done about it.

Thirded** Driving to work at 5am saw a car facing the wrong way on a offramp, proceeded to turn around and swerve across 3 lanes on the NW motorway. Stayed on the phone till the cops caught up and they got pulled up.

Funnily enough they thought I was a off-duty cop because I had my fluro jacket on

Missus got 2 of those letters for driving through an orange light.

Opened them both

One for the driver of so and so car

Also got the letter addressed to the person thanking them for reporting her for driving through an orange.

Had there name with our address so ended up at ours as well. FAIL
