Aslong as you behave and not do MaD sKiDs everywhere, you should be fine with the cops. I had 195s on my 9s and never even got a 2nd look when cops drove past me on the motorway

rims are sweet, get the thumbs up from me.

only thing that'd be better would be some authentic 'period' wheels, but dreams are free finding em for sale in the sizes you want.

so, win imo.

Not as much as you'd think, they were on sale when I ordered them so saved a few hundred. I'll also hopefully be running tyres than can be certed, Falken 195/45/15 on the 8s. I'm just trying to track down the manufacturers specs to see what I can stretch on the 9s and fit under the guards without too much work.

Talk to Nick at Platinum Wheels. I've seen a sheet posted on Oldschool suipposedly signed off by some European Falken manager of some sort, measurements are in direct conflict with the US website though. To me it looks like a loophole that could be severely stomped on in the future so keep that in the back of your mind at least.

195/50's will stretch way easier onto 9's.

195/45's will go on, but they are a much rarer size so cost twice as much.

I got Dunlop SP8000's in 195/45. Toyo T1R come in that size but are out of stock.

I would go 195/50 though. Look at these, 195/45 on 9's, too much stretch. http://tyrestretch.com/9_195_45_R15/
