Storage/garages

Anyone in Dunedin had much to do with the storage places? Next flat doesn't have a garage... and I have garage stuff. Just a small amount of junk and mainly the motorbike. Any recommendations/experiences/prices? Flat with be down North East Valley, not that I mind going for a drive to get the bike on a nice day.

Flatmates used to store stuff in that place opposite MLM workshop, never had any problems, and were good to deal with. But that was a couple of years a go now.
