might bring the ol' ee80 down, would be nice to see the 13's, but without a boost tap i think it might be wishful thinking.

Was planning to be there, but due to slight mechanical issues I won't be going until the 16th.

Gutted, the first one is always the best!! Might head along as a spectator :)

Yup, Im currently on the Nitto NT01.. Can honestly say they are awesome..

got around hampton on them really well last weekend and have found them pretty quiet on the street (as far as semi's go) and ill be keen to see how they go on friday at the strip!

Does it have to be road legal if its got a cage/log book etc?

nope as long as it passes scruit (usually just needs a secure battery, wheel nuts, and the usual safety crap)

Also they prep the track so you should be able to get some pretty fast times!

i've never seen them prep the track for a nightspeed meet. Admittedly i haven't raced since 2009.

Unlikely they will prep, especially since most cars are running street radials (rips the VHT off the track)

I thought they do prep it, i know one of the rounds this season is part of 4 n Rotor points

That may be the only time. Sometimes you can get lucky and the VHT from the previous weekends comp meet will still be fresh.
