Neither did mine, just stopped like the key had been turned off.
Reset the cam timing and found no go.

Mine was a ST 20V head with AE101 GZE pistons.

mine is still 16v head, will find out soon.

The 16V head should be fine... We had one drop a bolt inside the cam belt covers (killed the bottom sprocket and the belt) and it didn't have a problem.

Same deal with a silver top at the track - we threw a new belt on it and carried on.

allgood, fired up first pop.
now to tighten the crank pulley so i dont get a repeat :oops:
