Hmmm, they have always been a hard act to follow

- oil filters and sump plug done up way too tight
- wheel nuts done up way too tight (potentially the reason my disks warped and needed to be replaced and no way to change a flat while on the road)
- Speedo cable left disconnected

the list goes on - based on the above I have a hard time believing they know what they are doing - but thats albany toyota, ill go north shore toyota in future.
